American Coastal Insurance Corp (NASDAQ: ACIC) Call with CFO Brad Martz

Gaining further conviction in management and understanding the long-term vision

First of all, I would like to thank Brad for taking time out of his busy schedule right before the holiday season to talk to me. It was extremely insightful. While I have not spoken to many C-suite-level executives, Brad stands out as one of the most remarkable. It was a privilege to be able to speak to him.

I spent a couple of hours refining my notes, fleshing out all the ideas discussed on the call, and compiled them into the document attached below.

To make the document as useful as possible, I have structured it so that there is a question, an answer, and then, if necessary, some commentary on each of the answers provided by Brad. Also, for the sake of simplicity, I have structured the questions in chronological order.
